At AeroPress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Ensure the AeroPress coffee maker and any accessories are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
